Lot

The picture of the left represents the lot and the house with what should be precise measurments, and is from the survey obtained by the current owner before purchasing the house. The empty lot to the east (right on this picture) was originally part of this property but has been sold to the neighbor on the other side by previous owners. The Seller has the impression that she is mainly concerned with keeping it undeveloped and you might be able to buy it (or half of it) to expand landscaping. Despite the house's age, the current owner is only the third owner.
