The Seller believes that the house sits on a good land, one can say "blessed" or just the one that has a good feel. After buying the house, current owner placed a small stone of religious significance near the large oak at the corner of Alban and Maple, and whether it would be significant for you or not, in the least it does not take away from the peaceful vibe of the lot and the house.
When driving from the center of downtown (Capitol, Cascades park,etc) via Myers Park Dr and taking a slight right on Santa Rosa Dr. you will go through a very rare for the city center canopy road, immediately resetting your mind from the hussle and bussle of the job and business to the tranquil setting of your home. There is a small entrance to the golf course there from Santa Rosa, which puts acess to the golf course in very close proximity (without taking major streets) if that's up your alley of activities. The main entrance to the golf course and country club is on the west side, off Golf Terrace Dr. The west side is busier due to the many businesses around Monroe St. The east side of the golf course where this house is located has a very residential feel, and it is a matter of personal preference what speaks more to you as far as location.
