The Seller does not have sufficient presence in Tallahassee to arrange and see through repairs, thus the house is sold "AS IS." This by no means indicates lack of quality. The Seller loves the house and wants to see it go to a buyer who is willing and financially able to do quality work, if needed, not the minimal cheap reparis just to satisfy any inspection concerns. Only "AS IS" offers are considered (with the right of inspection).
